Shoku Pro Board

Named for the Japanese concept of the master artisan, the Shoku Pro is the largest rectangular board in the ARTSN range — a full 45 x 25cm of straight-edged, corner-to-corner prep surface with no rounded ends or angled handles reducing the working area. The small integrated handle with hanging hole sits flush with the board's profile, keeping the footprint clean whether it's on the counter or displayed on a wall.

The surface is finished using Yakisugi, the traditional Japanese wood preservation technique that chars the teakwood to a deep, textured black. The heat raises the grain, opens the natural pattern of the wood, and transforms the surface into a carbon layer that naturally repels water and resists bacteria. Sealed with food-grade mineral oil and a beeswax and carnauba wax blend.

Care:
