Terms of service
The Terms and Conditions for orders placed with etienne.com.au states that customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions when visiting the site and placing their orders.
Orders
When customers submit an order via the website, they are subject to the current terms and conditions at the time the order is submitted. Orders are considered confirmed once the order is placed through the online store and payment is processed. All sales are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment
etienne accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.
All prices listed and transactions processed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.
When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48hours. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order and a tracking number.
Freight & Shipping
We are proud to send our beautiful products nationally & internationally.
Within Australia, we offer complimentary shipping for orders that are over $500, excluding Dinosaur Designs, furniture items or specialty pieces.
For Dinosaur Designs, Furniture and the specialty pieces - fragile, large, or heavy items - may require an additional calculated freight charge, which will be clearly written in the item's description. The initial shipping fee will still be charged at the time of checkout, but any additional freight charges will be calculated and quoted by the etienne team, and customers will receive an email/phone call about this within 24 hours of their order being placed. Customers have the option to accept or decline the quote.

For International orders, please contact the store shop@etienne.com.au for a quote which will be charged and processed as a separate transaction.
etienne is not responsible for any duties or import fees on international orders. To calculate these duties/fees please contact your country's Customs office.
Returns Policy
The returns policy states that all returns will be offered store credit only and can be redeemed online or in-store.
There are no refunds for change of mind.
For full-price items, customers must notify etienne of their wish to return the item within 7 days of delivery, the item must be received at the provided return address within 14 days of the return request being made in order to qualify for store credit.
Purchase of sale and discounted items are final, no returns are accepted for these purchases.
In the case of a damaged item being received, please contact etienne with a photo of the damaged product, packaging, and parcel label all in one photo. Once the item has been returned in its original condition, a store credit will be issued.
