Wool has good properties that mean you don't have to wash as often, which is good for the environment and climate. The wool contains natural fats and is in itself dirt-repellent. If you want to freshen up your wool blanket, hang it out and air it one day when it's damp outside. You can also lay out your wool blanket in clean snow and brush lightly.

- Use detergent specially adapted for wool.
-Spin at a low speed, max 800. This also applies if you have washed by hand.
