Sweet Desert Pea Soap

Desert Star Traders is a small Australian design-led gift brand making illustrated postcard soaps that are wildly joyful, political and spirit-filled — the creation of artists, designers and self-described cowgirls who have driven countless corrugated desert roads to bring Australian stories to life.

The Sweet Desert Pea Soap takes its inspiration from the Sturt's Desert Pea, South Australia's floral emblem and one of the most striking wildflowers in the Australian landscape. Its bold, jewel-toned illustrated wrap captures the drama of the bloom, labelled "wild gem" — an apt description for a flower that rises from the driest, harshest terrain. The back of the bar is stamped "Natural Australian / Manuka Honey & Goats Milk / Triple Milled Soap."

Made using the French triple mill process, each 200g bar is blended with Australian almond oil, vitamin E, shea butter and Australian manuka honey, with a warm, honeyed fragrance.
