Josh Niland's Salt & Vinegar Fish | Ken Done

Food For Everyone is a collaboration bringing chefs and independent artists together to turn recipes into artworks. Beginning as a fundraising project around a kitchen table in 2020, it has grown into a creative studio working with some of the most exciting voices in art and food to create collectible, joy-filled posters — whilst donating the equivalent of 10 meals to food charities across Australia with every poster purchased.

Artist Ken Done pays tribute to chef Josh Niland's mastery of nose-to-tail fish butchery in his signature bold colour and form, two Australian icons meeting on the page.
