Cavolo Serving Bowl

Founded by Alexandra Heard and Heleena Trahanas, Alex and Trahanas is a lifestyle project and design studio born from a deep love for the staggering beauty of Mediterranean summer. Sunlit terraces, seaside trattorias and tavernas, long lunches in linen with delicious food and wine — all shared with friends and family — form the heart of their world.

Rounded and generous, the Cavolo bowl takes its soft sea-foam and cream glaze from the tones of the Puglian coastline, equally at home piled with pasta, salad or a bowl of ripe fruit. Hand-painted by artisans in small batches, it carries the gentle imperfections of the hand — a glaze that pools a little differently on every piece. A considered gift for anyone who loves to gather people at the table.
