Refund policy

etienne offers 14 days to return for exchange or credit only on all purchases excluding furniture.

Should there be a fault with one of our products, please send a photo via email shop@etienne.com.au and one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss. When deemed a manufacturer error we will happily replace the item for you.

All shipping costs, including packaging/postage charges for return of the item that is to be exchanged is to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to etienne for exchange must be in new & unused condition, with tags still attached & be accompanied by the original packaging such as bags or branded boxes.

In considering any application for exchange/credit etienne reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

Pre ordered furniture - refunds, returns or exchanges is not offered for a change of min.

Sale items - cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Earrings - cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Floor Rugs - returns/exchanges are not offered on any floor rugs

After Pay - etienne does not offer refunds or credit notes for any orders paid by After Pay.
