etienne accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.
All prices listed and transactions processed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.
When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email with confirmation of your order.Shipping
We are proud to send our beautiful products nationally and internationally.
For International orders, please contact the store email@example.com for a quote which will be charged and processed as a separate transaction.
etienne is not responsible for any duties or import fees on international orders. To calculate these duties/fees please contact your country's Customs office.
For furniture and oversized items please contact the store firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote which will be charged and processed as a separate transaction. All items that do not include the shipping component will have clear notation in the product description, if you would like to have a conversation regarding shipping please call the store 0406 231 023.
Returns and exchange
Should there be a fault with one of our products, please send a photo via email email@example.com and one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss. When deemed a manufacturer error we will happily replace the item for you.
When sending returned items to etienne we advise you use registered post as etienne does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process the refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange etienne reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.
In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may exchange it. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to etienne for exchange must be in new and unused condition, with tags still attached and be accompanied by the original packaging such as bags or branded boxes.Disclaimer
