This cone shaped basket is hand woven with telephone wire. Traditional baskets weaving skills are used to form these beautiful, strong baskets made from a more modern material. Made in Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa as part of an community project established to enable employment and a steady income for these weavers. Featured a copper stripe, each one is unique.
